英語原文を掲載する。

親愛なる太田さん：ここにあなたにお送りするものは、あなたのホーム
ページに公表するための短い論説です。ここの英文は、翻訳が難しい
レベルでしょう。しかし、私には、この方が簡単に書こうとするよりも、

【あなたの思考は何時の日か、警察の監視の対象とされるであろう。】

日本人の読者は、コンピューターとハイテク機器が、全人口の監視の
ために使用されることに気付いているであろう。しかし、彼らは、ＮＷＯ
（新世界権力）は、犯罪が発生する以前に、つまり、それの単なる思考に
過ぎない時点で、摘発する能力を開発しつつあることを察知しているであ
ろうか。我々は、〝思考犯罪〟の故に人々が逮捕され得る時代に近付いて
いるのである。

以下は、
前記の目標を達成するために創出された、幾つかの現代版新式技術である。

◎〝１２〟と言う名前の会社が、市販するソフトウェアは一人の人物の一味
（関係者）と、その活動を示すくもの巣状の予言的な分析と図表を公示する。

◎〝マトリックス〟と言う名前のソフトウェア（英国に本拠のあるリード･
エルゼビア･グループの補助金を得たレクシスネクシスによって供給されて
いる）は、人工知能を使用して、〝疑わしい〟人間をプロファイリングし、
アイデンティファイ（正体を明かに）する。

◎セイシント社のソフトウェアは、コンピュータプロファイリング機能を
使って、〝高度のテロリスト要素〟（高度のテロリズムの商）を持つ人物
と言うレッテルを、或る種の人物に貼り付ける。或る時点で、この企業は、
アメリカの司法機関に対し、コンピューターによって、プロファイリング
された十二万人のアメリカ人の名前を通告した。

◎ソフトウェアは、センサー（感知器）にリンクされる。ソフトウェアは
トラブルを予知する脳の六感を模倣するようにプログラムされてある。

◎高度な感知能力のある装置は、人々の脳から放射される電磁波エネルギーを
探知し、解読する。そしてこれは、彼らの思考と思考パターンの解読に使用
される。

これらのシステムが、完成されて行くと、我々の思考そのものが警察の摘発、
取締りの対象とされるであろう時代に移動させられるのである。

japanese readers are aware of how computers and hi-tech equipment are used to do surveillance of entire populations, but are they aware of how the nwo is developing the ability to detect crime before it occurs, when it is merely a thought. we are approaching the age when people may be arrested for "thought crimes".

here are several modern innovations created to accomplish this goal:

● software by a company named "12" which does predictive analysis and displays graphs like spiderwebs that show a person's associates and activities.

● software named "matrix" (put out by lexisnexis a subsidiary of reed elsevier group based in the u.k.) which uses artificial intelligence to profile and identify "suspicious" people. seisint's software uses computer profiling to label certain individuals as having a "high terrorist factor" (a high terrorism quotient). at one point the company gave 120,000 names of americans which their computers profiled as having high scores to american law enforcement.

● software is linked to sensors, and the software is programmed to imitate the brain's sixth sense to predict trouble.

● highly sensitive equipment detects and decodes the electromagnetic energy waves emitted by people's brains, and this is used to decode their thoughts and thought patterns.

as these systems are perfected, we move into an era when our very thoughts will be policed.
